Meet the Executive Director of Women's Ministries

Executive Director – Tamé Lambert
Tamé, an ordained minister, was elected to serve her first term as Executive Director of IPHC Women’s Ministries at the 16th Quadrennial WM Convention, July 28, 2009, in Greeensboro, North Carolina.

Tamé has ministered alongside her husband, Rev. Jimmy Lambert, in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church for the past 32 years. She served as the director for Girls’ Ministries in the South Carolina Conference for eight years and was elected as the conference director for Women’s Ministries in 1998. She was reelected in 2002 and again in 2006 to serve her third term. 

She and Jimmy pastored for 26 years, the last 15 years being in Cheraw, SC. While pastoring the Cheraw Family Worship Center, the church began experiencing tremendous growth. Under God’s direction they led the congregation through the process of a total relocation. In 2006 they left the pastorate they loved when Jimmy was elected to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of the South Carolina Conference.

Tamé and Jimmy have been married for 35 years and have three children. Tracy, a licensed minister, is the Minister of Music at the Cheraw Family Worship Center. She and husband John, have one son, Asher, who is fifteen months old. They are expecting their second child in December. Kristen, an ordained minister, is the Children’s Pastor at the Cheraw Family Worship Center. She and her husband, Jeremy, have three children, Jeremiah 3, Lacy Elizabeth 2, and Joshua 1. Son Trey attend Emmanuel in the School of Christian Ministries program.

Meet the General Girls’ Ministries Director

General Girls’ Ministries Director – Irvina Parker

Irvina Parker and her husband David live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where he serves as vice president of the IPHC Extension Loan Fund. Before accepting the position as Girls’ Ministries director in 2001, Irvina worked 25 years for World Missions Ministries as designer and editor for promotional materials. She also served on the Heartland Conference Women’s Ministries board for eight years, plus another five years as conference GEMS and then Girls’ Ministries coordinator.

Irvina is a graduate of Emmanuel College and Southern Nazarene University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Irvina and David have two children – Ryan, 28, a graduate of Southwestern Christian University, married to Jessica; and Jennifer, 25, a graduate of Emmanuel College, married to Shane Terry. David and Irvina are involved in numerous ministries at River of Life, their local church, and are proud grandparents to two-year-old Miss Aubrey Marie Parker.

Executive Secretary to General WM Director – Kimberly Wilkerson

Kimberly, a graduate of Southwestern Christian University, lives with her husband Phil in Wheatland, Oklahoma. She is the Girls’ Ministries Coordinator for the Heartland Conference. Kim is also the children's pastor at Passion Church in Oklahoma City. Kim and Phil currently have no children, but proudly claim their 14-year-old nehew Jake, and 10-year-old niece Natalie.

Part-time Office Secretary – Michale Wright Palacios

Michale, from Sapulpa, Oklahoma, a recent graduate from Southwestern Christian University. She is a talented musician and has been involved in One Voice as well as many other student activities. In fact, Michale was the bass guitar player for our all girls band at the first-ever national girls event, Power Chicks '07.
