Meet the General Women’s Ministries Board

As you read about these women, breathe a prayer for them and for the ministries they lead. Take advantage of their experience and ministry gifts. Executive Director – Tamé Lambert
Tamé, an ordained minister, was elected to serve her first term as Executive Director of IPHC Women’s Ministries at the 16th Quadrennial WM Convention, July 28, 2009, in Greeensboro, North Carolina.

Tamé has ministered alongside her husband, Rev. Jimmy Lambert, in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church for the past 32 years. She served as the director for Girls’ Ministries in the South Carolina Conference for eight years and was elected as the conference director for Women’s Ministries in 1998. She was reelected in 2002 and again in 2006 to serve her third term. 

She and Jimmy pastored for 26 years, the last 15 years being in Cheraw, SC. While pastoring the Cheraw Family Worship Center, the church began experiencing tremendous growth. Under God’s direction they led the congregation through the process of a total relocation. In 2006 they left the pastorate they loved when Jimmy was elected to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of the South Carolina Conference.

Tamé and Jimmy have been married for 35 years and have three children. Tracy, a licensed minister, is the Minister of Music at the Cheraw Family Worship Center. She and husband John, have one son, Asher, who is fifteen months old. They are expecting their second child in December. Kristen, an ordained minister, is the Children’s Pastor at the Cheraw Family Worship Center. She and her husband, Jeremy, have three children, Jeremiah 3, Lacy Elizabeth 2, and Joshua 1. Son Trey attend Emmanuel in the School of Christian Ministries program. 


Assistant Director – Brenda Grasty
Brenda Grasty serves as Women's Ministries director for the Cornerstone Conference.

General WM Secretary – Patsy C. Deese
Patsy is the Women's Ministries director for the North Carolina Conference and was elected to her second term on the WM Board in Oklahoma City in July 2009. Patsy and her husband, Henry reside in Morehead City, North Carolina. She is a member of the Maranatha PH Church in Beaufort, NC, where she serves in several roles, including local WM director, church treasurer, and a Girls' Ministries club sponsor. Patsy served eight years as secretary-treasurer for the North Carolina Conference Women’s Ministries and is currently serving her first term as conference WM director. After working full-time at First Baptist Church in Morehead City for nearly 30 years, Patsy just recently decided to go part-time. She has also served as coordinator for Mother’s Against Drunk Driving and Project Graduation. She is now the proud grandmother of two.

Board Member – Michelle Drake
Michelle is the MWF director for the New Horizons Conference. She was elected to her first term on the WM Board at the 16th Quadrennial WM Convention, July 28, 2009, in Greeensboro, North Carolina. Michelle and her husband, Randall, reside in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Her husband serves as the bishop of New Horizons and they attend Evangelistic Temple.

Board Member – Tammy Fountain
Tammy was elected to serve her first term as Women's Ministries board member at the 16th Quadrennial WM Convention, July 28, 2009, in Greeensboro, North Carolina.
